The ACT Adobe Products User Group was formed to assist Adobe product users across the enterprise suite of products. This includes Acrobat (not the reader), LiveCycle, ColdFusion, Flex, Flash and AIR. The user group is run by a group of industry professionals who do so on a volunteer basis. Meetings will be held monthly and events will be held quarterly.
The events will be run by Adobe and will be at a premier venue and catered for. Invites will be issued well in advance and notification will be posted on this blog.
The user group meetings will feature at each meeting a presentation by an industry professional on a wide variety of subject matters, not limited to Adobe products. This would include Web 2.0, Knowledge Management, Social Networking and Information Architecture. Other subjects may be covered as they arise. Some presentations may include a unit from a training course such as Flex/AIR.
All are welcome to attend any meeting, it should be noted that Adobe desktop products will not be covered. However, there may be another attendee present who may be able to assist.
